Welcoming Tom Brickley to the Oostburg State Bank Team

Oostburg State Bank is excited to welcome Tom Brickley as our new Vice President – Business Banking. With more than 32 years of banking experience in Sheboygan County, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to helping local businesses grow and succeed.

Throughout his career, Tom has worked with businesses of all sizes to deliver customized financial solutions that support growth, stability, and long-term success. His expertise spans a wide range of business banking services—from conventional and SBA lending to startup and acquisition financing, commercial real estate, equipment financing, and lines of credit. He also has extensive experience helping businesses and nonprofits establish strong deposit relationships to support their day-to-day operations.
