Fraud Alert: Scam Phone Calls

We’ve been made aware that some customers are receiving fraudulent phone calls from individuals claiming to be with the Oostburg State Bank Fraud Department. These calls may appear to come from Oostburg State Bank.

During these calls, scammers may say there is suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account and attempt to collect sensitive information, such as your online banking username or other personal details.

Please Remember:

• Oostburg State Bank will never call and ask for your online banking username or password.
• Do not share personal or banking information with  anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
• If you receive a call like this, hang up immediately.
