We’re excited to share some great news from our team! Oostburg State Bank is proud to announce the promotions of Caitlin Roethel to Mortgage Loan Officer and Jackie Laganowski to AVP – Mortgage Lending Officer II.

Caitlin Roethel Promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer

Caitlin has been with the bank for four years and has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and relationship building throughout her time on our team. Her ability to connect with customers and provide thoughtful financial guidance has made her a valued part of Oostburg State Bank.

In her new role as Mortgage Loan Officer in our Cedar Grove Office, Caitlin will build on her experience as a Personal Banking Officer to help guide customers through the home financing process and support their homeownership goals.

Jackie Laganowski Promoted to AVP – Mortgage Lending Officer II

Jackie has been with Oostburg State Bank for over 24 years and has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedication to customer service. She has built lasting relationships within the community and is well known for her knowledge and commitment to helping customers succeed.

As AVP – Mortgage Lending Officer II, Jackie will continue to provide trusted guidance in mortgage lending while supporting the bank’s mission of community-focused banking.
