Fraud Alert: “Toyosu Tokyo JP” Debit Card Scam Detected

At Oostburg State Bank, protecting your financial security is one of our top priorities. Over the weekend, we detected a series of suspicious debit card transactions labeled “Toyosu Tokyo JP.” These transactions were unauthorized and fraudulent.

Thanks to our fraud monitoring systems, these preauthorized transaction attempts were flagged before they could post to accounts. As a proactive step, our team has been working quickly to close any affected debit cards and reissue new cards in-house.
