The “Happiness” fraud is being stopped in its tracks…

Today and over the weekend, many debit cards received fraudulent preauthorized transaction attempts from something labeled “Happiness” or “Happiness Happiness Vientiane Cap LA,” but our system caught it and notified our team of these fraudulent transactions.  As a measure of caution, our Customer Service Team is closing any affected debit cards and reissuing new cards in house, which should prevent this fraudulent transaction from going through. Any affected customers are being notified and new cards will be issued to them at no cost.  If you feel that you have any unauthorized transactions on your Oostburg State Bank debit card, please contact our Customer Service Team at (920)564-2336.
